These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the okwow platform and all related services. By using the okwow website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 100% match bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (20 × ৳1,000) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• okwow reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• okwow reserves the right to cancel any bet that was accepted in error due to a technical fault.

• If an event or match is suspended or cancelled, it will be settled in accordance with okwow's established policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okwow and may result in account suspension as well as legal action:

Users may also voluntarily close their own account. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Whether funds remaining in the account after closure are refundable will depend on the status of existing transactions.
